How it works

This page follows a player from the moment they have nothing to the moment they run several labs. All values are the defaults and can be changed in the configuration.

1. Found an organization

The player goes to the NPC (a blip on the map) or types /buyorg. They choose a name and a colour (from the presets or with the colour picker) and pay $500,000 from the bank. They become the boss.

  • A player can only belong to one organization.
  • Admins can also create organizations from /admineb, with or without a boss.
  • The command and the NPC can be turned on or off separately (Config.Orgs.BuyCommand, Config.Orgs.BuyAtNPC).

2. The organization panel

The panel opens at the boss point or with /org (if Config.Orgs.PanelCommand is set). From it the organization is run:

TabWhat it does

Levels and XP

Organizations earn XP by producing, selling, completing missions and contracts, winning wars, and, with kyoGangTerritories, for every zone their gang holds. The level decides how many lab slots the organization can open.

3. Get a laboratory

Labs are bought at the underground real estate NPC (at the port) or from the panel. Each lab takes a slot:

  • The first slot is free.
  • Every extra slot needs a higher organization level and a payment: $750k, $1.5M, $3M, $5M, $8M.

Labs are paid with dirty money from the treasury. A lab can be sold back for 50 % of its price.

4. Inside the lab

The entrance takes members into a GTA Online interior. Each lab is its own instance, so two organizations never meet inside.

  • Supplies: without them nothing is produced. They come from a supply mission (steal a van), from ingredients dropped at the storage (chemicals, coca_leaf…), or are bought with treasury money.
  • Passive production: the lab produces every cycle on its own, even with nobody online.
  • Work tables: working a table plays its animation, speeds production up and raises quality.
  • Upgrades: equipment (faster), staff (more per cycle), security (less heat) and capacity (bigger storage). Each one changes the interior props.
  • Collect: the product goes to the inventory as an item, or stays inside for a sale mission.

5. Sell

  • Sale mission: load at least 20 units into a van and drive to the buyer. Higher quality pays more. Rivals see the van after a few seconds and can steal it.
  • Street sales with /streetsell: in zones like Grove Street or Vespucci Beach NPCs walk up to buy. Outside the zones you can offer to any pedestrian, but they may call the police. Selling a lot in one place lowers the price there for a while.
  • Laundering: deposit dirty money in a laundering lab; it comes out clean over time, minus a fee.

6. Lending labs

A boss can lend a lab to another organization for 1, 3, 7 or 14 days, choosing how they get paid:

  • Fixed price, paid to the owner’s treasury
  • Percentage of what the borrower produces
  • Free

The other organization accepts the offer and can enter and produce. The owner can cancel the agreement at any time.

7. The police

Producing and selling raises the heat of a lab, which cools down over time. From 80 heat, with at least 2 police on duty, a raid can start. Police are alerted through your dispatch, breach the lab with a police_ram and seize most of the product and supplies. Every officer inside gets a reward.

8. Wars

An organization of level 3 or higher can declare war on another one ($250,000 from the treasury, 6 hours). During the war its members can force rival labs with a breach_kit and loot part of the storage. Conditions apply: an hour window, a minimum of defenders online and a cooldown per lab. The side that loots the most wins XP.

9. Contracts and ranking

Every day each organization gets 3 contracts: produce X units, make X street sales, complete X supply missions, or deliver X items to a drop point. They pay into the treasury and give XP. The ranking orders organizations by XP.
